How long does the carbonation last in drinks made with the Perlini System?

Drinks carbonated with the Perlini System retain their carbonation for several hours, depending on the type of beverage and storage conditions. The system infuses CO2 deeply, ensuring a lasting and refreshing effervescence.

Is the Perlini System durable enough for everyday use?

Yes. The walls of the Perlini shaker are nearly a quarter of an inch thick, which makes the shaker extremely strong. We’ve driven over them with SUVs, hit them with bats, thrown them off roofs, and put them through thousands of dishwasher and flex-stress cycles with no damage. There is also a heavy-duty stainless steel band around the middle of the shaker which provides extra strength. Also, both the cap and base are overmolded with a soft elastic material, which cushions the fall should the shaker be dropped. 

Is the Perlini shaker safe to use? Is it BPA free?

Yes. The Perlini shaker is made of an advanced copolyester thermoplastic called Tritan. This material is renowned for its performance in food-safe products worldwide, and is widely used in many every day items including appliances, drinkware, water bottles, and baby products. Tritan is BPA-free and is made without bisphenols or phthalates, and it is certified by the U.S. FDA, EFSA, and global food-contact safety agencies.

Can you carbonate any liquid with Perlini?
Yes, you can carbonate any beverage with Perlini: Spirits, mixers, fruit juices (with or without pulp), wine, water, lemonade, water--you name it. You can even carbonate fruit with Perlini. Imagine a whole carbonated strawberry as a garnish bubbling in your cocktail!
